music mostly fits in the folk and folk-rock genre. This site includes audio files of all the songs on my

About Brian Cousins
Hi! A little bit about me. Over the years I have lived in 10 states and have visited many countries during
my professional career. I am a Chemist by training but have been a people manager at companies both
large and small for more than 35 years. I am married and I have two adult children and one grandchild. I
strive to bring influences from my many life experiences into my songwriting in a way that makes my
songs relatable and meaningful to people. I have progressive political and social views, I am a vegan and
a strong supporter of animal rights, and I believe in interpersonal decency as the basis of effective
relationships between all people. I hope you find my music enjoyable!
